Does anybody know a way to get a copy of a state's COMPLETE budget? This means showing all expenses and revenues for the state. From salaries, to expense accounts, materials, etc. Will this copy of the budget be furnished in a timely manner or will it be something you be waiting for - weeks, months, years? Also this refers to city and county budgets! I keep wondering how every state in the Union can be running in the red. Where did the money go?

The American people are starving, sending their kids to school with holes in their shoes, and eating off of the dollar meal menu at their local fast food restaurant so that they can go to work with just enough gas to get there and back, while the oil companies are making profits of $19,136 billion dollars (2010) for Chevron Oil, 3l,398 billion dollars (2010) for Exxon Mobil, and Shell Oil showing profit of 20,474 billion dollars (2010). Is this greed? Boycott the oil companies, one oil company for a month should make quite a difference in their profits. Are you game, let's pick one and do it!
